You can reset your SingPass using one of the following options:

1. Using the Immediate Reset service to obtain your SingPass online immediately (applicable only if you have valid and updated mobile number and security questions maintained with the Government)
   
   This e-Service will take about 5 minutes to complete.
   
   
     
   
   
   

2. Using the "Apply SingPass" service and get the new password mailed to you within 4 working days for local addresses (Note: Your new SingPass will be posted to your address registered with the Government)

3. Proceeding to nearest SingPass counter location (immediate issuance/reset of SingPass)
