Q2. What browsers should I use if I’m using MAC OS 10.2.X?

Any browsers can be used if they comply with W3C Standards, Java 1.5 Plug-in standards, and JavaScript 1.0 and 1.1 standards. However, Internet Explorer on Macintosh is not supported. For more information, please refer to this document.
