Prefer to transact in person? We worked together with CPF to provide an accessible kiosk that automatically adjusts to your height by detecting where your face is.
Use Singpass Face Verification to access services at the kiosk now. Your face scan will be compared securely against the government's biometric database.
Supporting digital adoption
Since the Covid-19 outbreak in Singapore, digital transactions have surged as the pandemic accelerated digital adoption. More than 160,000 OCBC Bank 'digital debutantes' have started using digital banking for the first time this year. There has been a 40% year-on-year jump in digital transactions performed by those aged 50 to 64, while those above 64 years old clocked a 40% increase in digital banking transactions from 2019.
With the introduction of Login with Singpass on OCBC Bank's digital banking platforms, customers are now familiar with the application and it's usage, allowing faster access to their digital banking accounts. More than 1 million OCBC Bank digital banking logins have been made via SingPass, with close to 1 in 5 made by new digital customers.

We worked with Grab to help them easily and securely verify new customers, by using Myinfo on Singpass for their Know-Your-Customer process.
