SingPass will be undergoing scheduled maintenance from 12am to 8am on 2 Apr 2017, and will not be available during this period. [Note: Your SingPass account contains a lot of personal data. Please do not share your username, password and 2FA details (SMS or Token OTPs)] .

Reset Password

This e-Service will take about 5 minutes to complete. You can only reset your own SingPass.

Please note that the online password reset feature has been enhanced. You can only reset your password online after you have updated your account details on the enhanced SingPass website.

   If you have not updated your account details, you may explore the following password reset options
  1. Fill up the form below to get a new password via mail. You will receive your new password within 4 working days (for local addresses). Please ensure that you have updated your address with the Government.

  2. If you need to reset your password urgently, please visit the nearest SingPass counter in-person, with your original NRIC or FIN card. Show counter locations
